The men behind the stories

Hear what changed for them.

Experiences from earlier Limitless Men programs, in their own words.

Niko H.

Less overwhelm and more time for what mattered.

Niko felt constantly overwhelmed by work, hobbies, and competing commitments. By clarifying his priorities and letting less important activities go, he says the overwhelm lifted and he found more time for the things he actually valued.

Kenny H.

A new business in motion and a calmer home life.

Kenny wanted a way out of construction but struggled to turn a vague idea into a clear plan. He reports launching a business, booking calls with prospective clients, and responding more calmly during family conflicts.

Alexander C.

A clearer value system and a more deliberate way to live.

Alexander wanted to reinvent himself from the inside out. He describes defining the values behind his relationships, developing a clearer vision for his life, and building ways to pause and recover that helped him at work.

Thomas H.

A structured plan to build his own company.

After nearly ten years of personal development, Thomas was still seeking purpose. He describes gaining a structured plan, holding himself accountable to each step, and applying the work to starting his own company.

01 / Your starting point

There comes a point when “doing better” needs a direction.

Sometimes the next step is unclear. Sometimes the goal is clear, but the same patterns keep getting in the way. This challenge gives you a place to examine both.

01

You keep starting over.

You’ve read the books, made the plans, and had stretches of progress. Then life gets busy, familiar responses take over, and another reset begins.

What you want insteadUnderstand what keeps pulling you back and define the man you want your next attempt to build.

02

You’ve built a life. Something still feels missing.

There may be a career, a family, and plenty to be responsible for. But it’s getting harder to explain what all that effort is moving you toward.

What you want insteadA direction that means something to you, with room for the parts of life you’ve put aside.

03

A chapter has ended. The next one is unwritten.

A relationship, career, or stage of life has changed. The roles that used to organize your days no longer give you a clear answer about what comes next.

What you want insteadChoose who you want to become and which opportunities deserve your attention now.

02 / Why the same patterns return

A new plan still has to answer to the man making the decisions.

Your identity is your working answer to “Who am I?” It includes what you believe you’re capable of, what you expect from yourself, and what you feel you must do to be accepted.

When those beliefs stay the same, a different goal can lead you back to familiar choices.

That is why this challenge begins with the identity behind your patterns. Once you can see it, you can decide what to keep and what to change.

An everyday example

“I’m the man people can always count on.”

01

The plan: set aside Saturday for a project that matters to him.

02

The moment: someone asks for help. Saying no feels selfish, so he agrees.

03

The pattern: his own work gets postponed again. A better calendar can organize his time; he also needs to examine what being dependable means to him.

04

The design question: how does he want to care for others while honoring commitments to himself?

Where your previous self-improvement work fits

Books & courses

Give you ideas and skills worth learning.

The decision still to make: which ideas belong in the life you want to build?

Goals & habit systems

Help you organize effort and repeat useful actions.

The question underneath: who are those actions helping you become?

Journaling & AI chat

Give you space to reflect and explore possibilities.

The work here: bring that reflection through a defined interview into a chosen identity and direction.

Keep the tools that help you. The challenge gives you a personal design to guide how you use them: the man you choose to become, the life you want to build, and the priorities that follow.

03 / Your result by Day 5

Leave with a Blueprint
for the man you want to become.

Your Profile shows you what keeps repeating and why. Your Blueprint defines the man you're choosing to become, the standards you'll follow, and one action tied to a moment already in your day. Your AI Identity Architect builds both from your spoken or typed answers.

01 / Understand what keeps repeating

Your Limited Man Profile

See the pattern behind your familiar choices, grounded in moments from your own life.

  • What triggers the pattern, what you do, and the immediate payoff.
  • The rule it runs on and what it is trying to protect.
  • What it costs you and where it is likely to show up next.
02 / Define who you're becoming and how you'll begin

Your Limitless Man Blueprint

A personal, multi-page design that grows as you work through the challenge.

  • One meaningful Mission and why it matters to you now.
  • The man you choose to become, three Standards, and the resistance to expect.
  • Your first action plan, a simple action record, and a plan for adjusting after a miss.

One Blueprint.
Built, tried, and refined.

You do not need to know your purpose before you start. The questions help you find a direction, then turn it into something you can act on.

DAY 3 / DESIGN

Choose your direction.

Define one Mission, why it matters, who you want to become, and three Standards to guide your choices.

DAY 4 / INSTALL

Give it a place in your day.

Add one clear cue and one meaningful action, with a simple checklist and questions to reflect on what happened.

DAY 5 / CALIBRATE

Know what to do after a miss.

Add a smaller action for difficult days, one useful adjustment, and a plan for your next attempt.

Give the man you want to become a place in your day. Choose one action that puts a personal standard into practice, and tie it to a moment in your routine. Your Blueprint keeps that plan alongside your chosen identity and standards, with a PDF you can download.

04 / The method behind your result

You answer the questions.
Your AI Identity Architect builds the documents.

Each interview follows the Limitless Men framework and builds on the work you have already done. You bring your real experiences; the AI turns them into a personal Profile and Blueprint.

Speak or type.
Start with a moment you remember.

Speak or type your answers. The AI follows up, helps you examine connections, and writes the documents for you. You confirm or correct its interpretation before accepting your draft.

  1. Describe what actually happened.Work with specific situations, your responses, and what followed.
  2. Check what the pattern means.Confirm or correct the interpretation. Explore what fits and what doesn’t.
  3. Decide who you choose to become.Define your direction and standards in language that means something to you.

You bring the experience and make the decisions. The AI supports the interview and synthesis; you remain responsible for what goes into your design.

AI Identity ArchitectWhat went through your mind before you answered?

Specific moments give the conversation something real to examine.

Experience the full cycle, on a small scale.

After the Day 1 overview, you work through four connected steps. You finish with a personal design and a first action-and-review cycle to keep practicing.

01

Decode

Understand the pattern behind your choices, the payoff that keeps it going, and its real cost.

Day 2 · Your Profile
02

Design

Choose one Mission and define the identity and Standards that will help you pursue it.

Day 3 · Your Blueprint
03

Install

Turn one Standard into a practical action, tied to a clear moment in your day.

Day 4 · Your first protocol
04

Calibrate

Review what happened, make one useful correction, and plan the next attempt.

Day 5 · Your first review

Five days gives you a starting point you can put into practice. Keep using your action plan and learning from what happens. Lasting change develops through that continued practice.

Why I created Limitless Men

I knew how to earn approval long before I knew what I wanted.

I grew up in Singapore, in a culture that put a lot of weight on performance. Good grades, achievement, and a secure career were the measures of doing well. I learned to connect my worth to meeting those expectations.

By my last semester of college, I was interviewing for a software engineering job. I could give the right answers. But hearing myself say them made me question the life I was agreeing to. The interview went well, and I came away feeling defeated.

I dropped out and decided to make my own way. I went on to build several businesses and live in five different countries. I had more freedom, but even after building a successful business, I could still feel empty.

That forced me to look beyond my circumstances. I had spent years trying to prove myself. I needed to decide who I wanted to be, what mattered to me, and how to build a life around those choices.

Today, I help men take responsibility for building a life they have chosen for themselves. This challenge is where we begin: examine the identity shaping your choices, define the man you want to become, and give your next chapter a direction.

05 / Men who have done the work

See what a clearer direction
has meant in their lives.

Less overwhelm. Better relationships. A business finally moving forward. Hear these men describe their experiences across Limitless Men programs. Their results reflect the broader work, including mentorship and previous challenges.

“The content of the program really helped me to evaluate at a deeper level what was really important to me in my life, and strip out things that were less important, focus on the things that were more important.”

Niko H.Earlier Limitless Men mentorship participant

“I also have a clearer vision of what I wanted to do, and I am launching a new business right now, and I’m taking it step by step.”

Kenny H.Earlier Limitless Men mentorship participant

Eric G.

Stronger relationships, sharper focus, and greater strength.

Over a year in the program, Eric reports deeper relationships with family, friends, and business associates, clearer thinking, and being stronger pound for pound than ever before. He also learned to recognize and work through limits he had placed on himself.

Joseph B.

Renewed optimism and better relationships.

Joe entered expecting his later years to be a decline. He describes changing how he interacts with people, greatly improving his relationships, and looking forward to seeing his grandchildren grow up.

Ian F.

A deeper marriage and a clearer direction for retirement.

Ian wanted to improve his relationships and financial future. He reports getting along better with his wife and developing a more purposeful approach to generating additional retirement income.

Edward F.

From feeling stuck to making more progress.

Ed joined because he felt he was not accomplishing as much as he could. He reports becoming more productive after learning a different way to approach his goals, supported by the coaching and group sessions.

Before the Limitless Life Challenge I had goals, but instead of making a plan I would just start and hope on a prayer to get me there. I would go through cycles of doing too much and burning out, doing too little and spinning my wheels and feeling overwhelmed and not doing anything to reach my goals. In the end I would lose focus of my goals and just choose the path of least resistance.

After the Limitless Life Challenge I know have an individual plan tailored to my wants and needs. Suddenly it’s clear what I need to do, in which order and when to do it to reach my goals. No more burn out, no more spinning my wheels and no more overwhelm. My path is clear.

The training that Dan Cheong provided has overall given me a clearer path forward leading me to a point where I can start to think about and build regenerative systems. This will benefit me in terms of saving time & energy and provide me with greater awareness of what fulfilment and meaning down to the individual task level.

I would highly recommend this course to anyone who needs some clarity and focus in their life to help them move forward with certainty and purpose towards their goal achievement.

First and foremost this challenge has helped me develop insights into what makes me tick so I could develop strategies aligned to my core principles and objectives. Having a strategic framework to work from, that is dynamic and regenerative as Dan Cheong describes it, has been worth its weight in gold. His insights really helped to burn through the fog I described above and see a path forward. Thank you. Last, and certainly not least, another key contributor to the success of this program has been learning from and getting to know the other participants in this Limitless Life Challenge. I found the support encouraging and directly helpful in developing better tactics along the way.

It has been an honor and privilege to participate in this journey with this group. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Mike Gillette for putting this together and making it such a valuable and affordable experience.

The difference I get when using the tools that this challenge provide to pursue a goal is that I can make decisions faster that is meaningful and moves things to the direction I want. I can find out clearly what is holding me back if I just ask the right questions.

This system can be very helpful in every area of my life if I just practice to use it I can get better at it.

This system should be used in schools.

Thank you Dan for sharing this!

I would recommend this training or any like "Limitless" training for anyone starting off, looking to develop efficiency or direction. For seasoned trainers to old seminar heads, I think you’ll find far more value in the training challenges than the traditional seminars. The Limitless training is practical and immediately applicable. If you’re looking to produce tangible results now, this is the place to get it done. Dan Cheong and Mike Gillette take the time every week to break things down and make themselves available to assist each and every participant in the course.

I highly recommend the Limitless Life 3-Week Challenge. I thought I already knew a lot about the topic, before, but this was the first time I encountered such a complete system based on values and not centered around unsustainable hustle.

Thank you, Dan and Mike!

06 / Your five-day experience

Build your design,
one day at a time.

From your starting point to a personal Profile, a Blueprint, and your first plan for putting it into practice. Each day uses what you discovered the day before.

A simple daily rhythm
  1. Watch the recorded training.
  2. Speak or type with your AI Identity Architect.
  3. Read and confirm your personal document.
  4. Post the day’s short assignment below the video.

Plan for about four hours across five days: roughly three hours of training, plus your AI interviews and comments. Go in order; the next day opens when you complete the current one.

DAY 01OverviewUnderstand why the same results return.

Explore how your identity shapes familiar choices. Start with a real moment that made you want something to change, even if you cannot yet name the direction.

Your Starting-Point Snapshot: where you are, what you want to change, and why it matters.

DAY 02DecodeSee the pattern that keeps pulling you back.

Use real situations to identify your primary Limited Man Pattern. Examine its trigger, your response, the payoff, and the cost. Confirm what fits your experience.

DAY 04InstallTurn one Standard into a real action.

Choose one clear cue and one small, meaningful action. Add a simple action record and reflection prompts to your Blueprint, then take your first opportunity to try it.

Your first protocol and a simple way to record and reflect, added to the same Blueprint.

DAY 05CalibrateMake a plan for the day things go wrong.

Review what happened, whether it went smoothly, felt difficult, or did not happen. If your first opportunity has not arrived, use a past attempt to plan ahead. Choose one correction and a next attempt.

Your initial Calibration Layer: what to adjust, a smaller action for difficult days, and a plan for your next attempt.

Before you begin

Before you join.

How is this different from another self-improvement course?
You apply each lesson to your own life through a guided interview. The AI builds your documents from that work. By the end, you have a personal Profile, a Blueprint, and a first action-and-review plan.
Could I explore this in an ordinary AI chat?
You can use a general AI chat to reflect. This challenge supplies the Limitless Men framework, a deliberate sequence of training and interviews, and documents that build on each other. You do not have to design the prompts or assemble your answers into a plan yourself.
Do I need to know my purpose or be good at writing?
No. Bring a specific goal, several possible directions, or an honest “I don’t know yet.” The AI helps you explore real experiences and choose one Mission for this chapter. You can speak or type in your own words.
Will my identity and life be transformed by Day 5?
You leave with your Profile, Blueprint, first protocol, and an initial plan for adjusting it. Those are concrete starting points. Building lasting change takes repeated action and review beyond these five days.
What happens if I miss my first action?
That gives you something useful to examine on Day 5. The AI helps you review what got in the way, adjust one thing, and plan your next attempt. If your first opportunity has not happened, you can use a past attempt to prepare.
Is this live, and how much time should I set aside?
The videos are recorded. Plan for about four hours in total across five days, allowing more time if you want to go deeper. Trainings run roughly 30–45 minutes each, followed by the AI interview, your document review, and a short comment.
How do the five days open?
Start with the introduction video and post your introduction below it. Day 1 then opens. Each next day opens when you finish the current day’s training, AI work, and comment. Aim to complete one day each day within your five-day window.
What happens if I don’t finish within five days?
The challenge locks when your access window expires. Your work is retained, but the module is no longer available. Finish all five days inside the window to keep lifetime access to the recordings, your documents.
Why is there a simple action record in a five-day challenge?
You build your first protocol on Day 4 and review the first result on Day 5. Keep using it for seven action opportunities after that. When you finish the challenge on time, the follow-up AI review stays available to help you learn from the complete record.
Do I have to buy anything else to get my Blueprint?
No. The training, challenge interviews, Snapshot, Profile, growing Blueprint are included in the $47 challenge. Complete the required steps to create your documents.
Your next chapter

Use the next five days
to define the man you want to become.

Bring a goal, a possible direction, or an honest “I don’t know yet.” Your AI Identity Architect helps you examine what keeps repeating and builds your Profile and Blueprint from your answers. You'll define who you want to become and choose one action that gives him a place in your day.
